All Whirlylicious products are handmade to order. Full payment is required before any order is confirmed.

Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including delivery information and event dates.

Our candy floss cakes and treats are delicate products and should be stored in their original packaging, away fro heat, humidity and direct light.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, refunds or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
